One night, start to finish
Each card gives you one night
to write and make.
Every draw gives you a place in the wood and a question to answer. Write three sentences or fill the page, then follow the Make prompt with paper, scissors and glue.
Turn one card
The suit chooses the part of the forest. The card tells you which entry to read in the game book.
Write what happened
Answer one question in your own hand. Three sentences is enough for a night.
Follow the Make prompt
The prompt names the piece or paper to use. Ten minutes if you are tired; an hour if you are not.

You need an ordinary deck of cards, a journal, a home printer, scissors, glue and something to write with.
What do I actually receive?
PDFs immediately after payment, by email and on the order page: the 60-page game, component sheets, 36 papers, nine ephemera sheets and twelve Folk plates.
Is this a subscription?
No. One payment, the files are yours, nothing renews and nothing expires.
Do I need to be able to draw?
No. Nothing asks you to draw. You cut, tear, glue and write. The artwork is already made.
Do I need special paper or a good printer?
No. Use ordinary US Letter or A4 and any home printer. Print only the pieces a night asks for.
What if I miss a night?
Nothing happens. There is no streak and no schedule. Continue whenever you want.
