The Complete Collection — Three Games, Two Full Kits
Everything in one collection: three solo journaling games, plus the printable papers and ephemera that belong to two of them. The three games are three different lengths on purpose. One evening. Thirteen nights. One whole year. Start with the short one to find out whether this kind of play fits you, then choose how long you want the next story to last.
A bundle price that is already the discount
Bought separately at their normal prices, The Crimson Parlour Game and Kit Bundle is $17.90, Folklore Forest Game and Kit Bundle is $17.90, and The Unanswered Letter is $5.79: $41.59 altogether. The Complete Collection is $24, saving $17.59.
The three games
The Unanswered Letter — one evening. England, 1913. A letter arrives, addressed in a hand you either knew at once or have never seen. The card tells you who wrote and what they want. You write their letter first, then decide whether your reply is sent, burned or left folded into the page.
The Crimson Parlour — thirteen nights. Christmas Eve, 1887. Somebody killed Edmund Ashgrove between the last carol and one o’clock. One card a night sends you through the house and clears a suspect. On the thirteenth night, you write down the name you believe belongs in the coroner’s book.
Folklore Forest — one year. A wood behind the house is forgetting itself. Draw cards to discover your keeper and what remains in each Reach. Fifty-two cards become fifty-two nights, twelve named Folk and a journal holding a year you made.
All three use an ordinary deck of playing cards, a journal and something to write with. There are no dice and nothing to memorise. Each game includes a worked example so you can see exactly how a card becomes a finished entry.
Both complete printable kits
Folklore Forest: 36 full printable papers and 9 sheets of ephemera, including journal spots, tags, pressed specimens, twig and paper frames, journal cards, torn edges and collage tape.
The Crimson Parlour: 40 Victorian Christmas papers and 10 sheets of ephemera, including notecards, wax seals, envelopes, berry foliage, ribbon and gold frames for the painted suspects.
