Crimson Parlour Masks is a set of 6 transparent PNG photo masks in a Victorian Christmas style, designed by Helene for digital scrapbooking, junk journals and card making. Each photo mask has soft grunge watercolour edges, and four of them carry holly, pine or flourish details in the borders. You place a photo or a paper inside a mask and its edges fade into the page instead of ending in a hard line.
You download the files and use them in a layout app on your own computer or tablet. Nothing ships in the post.

Works with
Any app that supports clipping masks or layer masks on PNG files, including Photoshop, Affinity and Procreate. The files are greyscale with transparency, so they sit on light or dark paper equally well.
How to use a photo mask
Put your photo or a paper on the layer above the mask and clip it to the mask layer. The image takes the shape and soft edge of the mask. Resize or move the photo underneath until the part you want shows through.
What you can make with it
Use the masks for Christmas scrapbook pages, December Daily albums, junk journal spreads, holiday cards, planner pages and collage. They go well with the Crimson Parlour papers, elements, frames and titles, which share the same plum, burgundy and gold palette.
Licence
For personal and small-business use. You can sell finished items you make with the masks, such as printed cards or pages. You cannot share, redistribute or resell the files themselves.
